The transducer is connected to a computer that processes the sound waves as they echo back to create a detailed visual map of the facial anatomy, which is displayed on a monitor.

This painless, non-invasive method allows our clinicians to visualize each layer of tissue, and adjust the depth and location for safer, more accurate injections. In aesthetic procedures, this high-resolution imaging is especially valuable for areas such as the cheeks, lips, and temples, where small blood vessels and nerves are closely packed.

Ultrasound guidance helps our skilled clinicians place fillers or other injectables precisely where they will create the most natural and effective lift and volume. This ensures that every injection is intentional, balanced, and aligned with your unique facial structure.

Cosmetic injections like hyaluronic acid (dermal filler) and botulism toxin are extremely safe. Serious complications are very rare, but they can occur. Accidental injection of dermal filler into blood vessels near the eye, for example, can cause permanent vision loss.
