Final Sale Items

Products in our Final Sale section are offered at discounted prices because they have a shorter remaining shelf life. The remaining shelf life determines the discount applied:

The expiry date or best-before date is indicated on the product packaging. The discount applied is determined solely by the remaining shelf life on the date of purchase.

Please note: because orders require processing and shipping, your product may arrive with slightly less shelf life than it had at checkout — typically 1–2 weeks less. This is factored into the discount and won’t be adjusted based on delivery date.

By purchasing items from our Final Sale section, you acknowledge and accept that these products have a limited remaining shelf life.

No Returns or Exchanges

All purchases from the Final Sale section are final.

This policy applies to all Final Sale items unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution.
